As the Publisher and CEO of Pamela Callow Publishing, I founded a global publishing enterprise to publish and market my bestselling legal thriller series. I created the strategy and implemented the business plan for the publication and marketing of the Kate Lange Thriller series worldwide (English). This included identifying and contracting cover designers, editors and reviewers; identifying and developing vendor relationships with major publishing platforms including Apple and Barnes & Noble; developing relationships with key book promotional platforms; broadening the brand identity of the Kate Lange Thriller Series; and designing and launching Meta advertising campaigns. My strategy and implementation of building the Kate Lange Thriller Series brand resulted in- increasing global readership from readers to over 1.2 million- hitting and sustaining rank on numerous ebook bestseller lists across the Amazon, Apple, Kobo, and Barnes & Noble platforms for different works, both concurrently and consecutively- generating recognition from the US and Canadian film & television industry, resulting in a creator/producer partnership to develop the Kate Lange Thriller Series television package.Key skills included- project management of publication materials, editing services, cover design services, and strategic launch and marketing initiatives- identification and cultivation of key vendor relationships- brand strategy and marketing- design and implementation of advertising strategies on Meta platform- public speaking and audience connection- social media and website content creation- creation of pitch decks and other business proposal materials
