ABOUT PAMELA BÁEZ-BRISCOE

Latina born and raised entrepreneur Pamela Baez-Briscoe, is a corporate leader turned business owner after over 10 years in the sales & marketing industry. Her corporate background includes sales, marketing, full-cycle recruiting, team building and bilingual leadership. Pam’s university experience comes from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Marketing & Specialty Degrees in Public Relations & Advertising. As a young mother and founder of High Heels Social Consulting, Pam thrives on pushing the limits and giving back. Using her voice for good, she supports and consults small business owners, social media bloggers & influencers all over the United States & Internationally, as an aide to their business ventures and overall growth. In January of 2019, Pam founded Social Mamas Tribe, a Facebook support community for motherhood niche entrepreneurs in the social marking arena with members on a global scale. She then expanded the brand to Instagram and into a full fledged consulting agency in hopes to continue bridging the gap between large brands and beginner entrepreneurs. With the help of her amazing team, Social Mamas Tribe has grown to over 3.5K members in under a year and provides training, coaching, and professional development to bloggers and influencers alike with a strong focus on brand partnerships, negotiation training and platform growth. Her focus on woman empowerment and maternal mental health has helped to catapult her business to new heights in a short period of time.
