Many of us long to connect more deeply to the present moment, each other and the Nature within and around us. As a depth psychotherapist with a focus on ecopsychology, I am excited to offer Ecotherapy to the LA community. I care about restoring your embodied connection to the world around you as a path towards your innate wisdom and vitality. With the support of the natural world, we can approach our lives as an opportunity for harmony and greater awareness. In our work together, we will compassionately explore your mind-body-environment system to discover your unique journey towards wellbeing. Over the last decade as an Ayurvedic practitioner, I have witnessed the profound transformation of the body and psyche when we follow Nature as a guide. Whether we are indoors or out in the world, our work will draw on Somatic, earth-based, and creative practices to tend to your nervous system and connect deeply with your self and the greater world. As you greet change, we will draw on a range of methods to support your growth.
