Hi, I’m an experienced leader and have enjoyed spending the last 18 years developing Internal Communications teams and working with senior business leaders in well-known companies such as British Airways, BSkyB, Sony and Centrica. I thrive on change and really enjoy the more challenging projects where I have the opportunity to try new communication approaches. Over the years I\'ve worked on some amazing projects like developing the very first global employee engagement programme in British Airways, identifying new channels to reach Sky engineers, introducing a new approach to team meetings in Sony that led to better conversations, playing a key role in the launch of Hive within British Gas, being part of a cross functional team who\'ve managed various acquisitions bringing new people into the business and taking a leading role to successfully launch new global values across Centrica.I\'m particularly passionate about the employee experience within an organisation and in recent years have used employee insight to drive activities focused on creating better communication solutions for colleagues at all levels in the business.
