Work with the HRBP team and the rest of HR Circle of Excellence (“COE”) teams – to further enhance and scale the current, as well as develop and launch distinctive new programs that support the community vision and enrich the professional development of our employees. A critical role that\'s a part of the Global HRBP & ER team within Audible HR, to develop a keen understanding of the voice of our employees and combine data and anecdotes to identify themes and offer recommendations. Help identify areas of opportunity from the existing feedback mechanisms and ensure that the team continuously elevates the experience for our people and the community.
