ABOUT PAMELA SCHOTT

Pamela Schott (Pam) is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of senior leadership experience across Procurement, Operational Excellence, M&A, Strategy, Business Transformation, Governance, Finance, Risk Management, and Sales. She spent 24 years in BMO Financial Group where she built a world-class Procurement function, led multiple billion-dollar acquisitions, and delivered significant bottom line savings through effective cost reduction and value enhancing programs. Her demonstrated strength in leading change, influencing stakeholders, and elevating talent also resulted in her overseeing Communications, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Help Desk, and Change Management teams and strategies – to drive and embed sustainable transformation in organizations. After retiring from BMO in 2024, Pam has transitioned her focus to board work where she leverages her years of experience in leadership roles in supply chain and risk management to support others. Pam is passionate about developing and mentoring teams – both at work and in her volunteer activities within the communities we live in. Through leveraging diverse strengths and empowering people, she believes we can significantly transform organizations and communities, achieve sustainable operational excellence, and make a real impact to businesses and lives. This passion has led Pam to focus her energy on community involvement after retiring from BMO in April 2024, bringing her substantial experience to the table at the many boards and charities she supports. She’s currently serving on the Boards of Supply Ontario, Victim Services Toronto and Ivey Alumni Network Executive Board of Western University. Pam also previously served on the Board of Habitat for Humanity Toronto and was an Advisor for Ability Gives. Giving back to the community is a key aspect of her life, and she is glad to be of service.
