About Pamela Pei

As COO, I manage the day-to-day operations of global organization across global locations, and my team ensures that the business runs efficiently and effectively. I align our operations with our mission to harness the power of technology to enhance business value and the human experience. I am also proud to lead Women at Centific, a dedicated initiative aimed at empowering and supporting the professional and personal growth of the women within our company. My responsibilities as COO range from collaborating with our executive team to develop and implement our operational strategy; to ensuring our organization achieves our financial and operational targets by monitoring key performance indicators, implementing operational improvements, and driving process efficiencies. I have a passion for customer satisfaction, and as such I am in charge of implementing systems and processes that prioritize quality, timely delivery, and exceptional service. I draw on 20+ years of international business experience managing operations in the United States, India, China and Europe. I am especially proud of my experience to build up our Indian and Serbia Delivery Center which gave me opportunity to know more local culture. Throughout my career, I have applied a strong background in finance, sales/business operations, and merger/acquisitions. I have worked extensively in the information technology industry, with hands-on experience transforming and restructuring operations in a short time frame, and achieving breakthrough improvements in growth, profitability and performance.
