   As DDS’ Customer Success Manager, I bring over 20 years of distribution and e-business experience to help DDS customers excel at their online and digital offerings. With my extensive involvement working with product data, especially for use in e-commerce, I have a deep understanding of the challenges wholesale distributors face in getting quality content in a usable format, whether from industry data sources or directly from manufacturers. With DDS’ continued growth, I help lead the effort to ensure DDS customers get the tools, value, and support they need to succeed in their entire digital space—not just with data, but with their e-commerce offerings, mobile apps, ERPs, and other needs. I am also instrumental in helping build customer loyalty and long-term client relationships as well as in the sales process.My customers use ERPs like Epicor Eclipse and P21, CU Tims, SAP, DDI, Infor SXE, JD Edwards, Netsuite and homegrown solutions. They use website platforms that include ECI/EvoX, Billtrust, Shopify, Magento, Optimizley, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Netsuite, Aldrich, Channel Software, SAP Hybris, Salesforce, E-Creative and custom solutions.
