Worked closley with Association Board Members in numerous condominium and home owner associations, in the Metro Detroit area. Facilitated major projects, i.e. complete road replacements, roof replacements, building and rebuilding retaining walls, painting, and other major projects requiring proper vetting of contractors and ensuring specifications are written and followed, per contract.Run Association Annual Meetings, work closely with Legal Counsel ensuring each Associations follows their specific Governing Documents. Contracts went out to bid annually, ensuring property received best pricing for contracted services. Wrote budgets and if necessary, provide detailed variance reports when properties are either under or over budget in specific areas of concern.
