I oversaw the implementation and success of coding and career readiness programs for over 600 students. I supervised a team of 10 program managers and senior managers who delivered coding and career readiness programs to over 650 students across 34 high school sites in New York City. I also co-led the regional strategic planning and implementation of program goals, metrics, and best practices! ’!
