Pam has lived in the Eugene area since 1969 and has been honored to grow up in this area and to serve the community here in many capacities ever since. The mortgage industry has undergone historic changes due to market conditions and government oversight. Product offerings have narrowed considerably and the criteria for approval are more stringent. Pamela Hurd Hoffine is a true professional, who has been compiling loan documents for clientele for over 20 years, at first in the F&I industry, and more than 15 years as a mortgage consultant, helping family, friends and clients realize their dreams of home ownership. Pam owned a mortgage company for over 6 years. With tightening regulations and compliance Pam decided to start looking for a company that could meet the needs and provide the best financing experience for her clients and referral partners. Alpine Mortgage seemed to fit the bill. However, after one year at Alpine Pam decided to take her business to the next level and moved it to Prospect Mortgage, where she knew she would be able to serve a higher number of clients because of more product offerings.
