Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Director, Member Experience provides leadership, management, and strategic direction to the CMPA. The position oversees the delivery of high quality medical liability protection to members and is accountable for the efficient and effective oversight and provision of strategies and activities within the Medico-Legal Services, Membership Services and Physician Support and Wellness departments. The Executive Director works with the senior leaders of these specialty areas to develop an integrated approach to member-facing services. As a member of the executive leadership team, the Executive Director supports the CEO to determine the strategic direction of the organization. The Executive Director oversees the development and implementation of a physician wellness strategy and a member facing equity, diversity and inclusion strategy.
