Former Director of Professional Services of the Brien Holden Vision Institute a social enterprise who works toward for vision for everyone, everywhere.\' Previously Director of Fundraising and Communications at Optometry Giving Sight, I was critical in establishing the 501c3 nonprofit in the US - as a multi-million dollar charitable entity.My network, people skills, and event creativity and management are key strengths that have built terrific visibility for the initiatives I have organized and produced. My network of friends, colleagues and mentors alike are my strong suite.I hold directorships in the structure of the Brien Holden Vision Institute and am a Board Member of the highly respected Optical Women\'s Association as well as a Fellow in the American Academy of Optometry.With a strong background in eye care, I decided to broaden my base in the not-for-profit arena. I achieved a Master\'s Degree in Nonprofit Management after 10 years of night school from Regis University in Denver. The nonprofit world opens many new and exciting doors to the future!
