What tools do we have? How can we use those tools to deploy working out loud, sharing our gifts, mentoring others and being that person that helps a peer or colleague in a moment of need. That\'s my gift.helping learning teams and operations make the most impactful use of this very powerful tool as they deliver content in formal learning solutions.and then figuring out how to measure that impact!
