MADI Donations 501(c)(3) is the non-profit arm of MADI Apparel. MADI Apparel stands for Make A Difference Intimate Apparel, and is a woman-owned, KC based and manufactured line of lounge wear and intimate apparel that give a new pair of underwear to women in need for every item purchased. MADI Donations distributes the donation pairs of underwear and recently launched a job-training program for at-risk women in conjunction with Hope Faith Ministries, one of the regions largest day homeless shelters. MADI Donations\' job training program is teaching at risk women to sew on commercial sewing machines. Once participants successfully master the skills needed, MADI Apparel will contract with them to sew the donation pairs of underwear. At-risk women helping at-risk women, a win win. Our annual fundraiser for the job training program will be held October 11th at the The Gallery Event Space in the Kansas City Power & Light District.
