ABOUT PAMAN SIDHU

I am a Global Client Account HR Lead with a unique combination of Change Management Consulting experience and a deep passion for developing people and maximising engagement and inclusion opportunities. With strong interpersonal skills, I have a demonstrated history of working in diverse teams and industries such as Financial Services, Resources, and Public sectors, leveraging my expertise in HR, change management, and project management. I have a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in driving organisational change and implementing initiatives that align with business goals.My approach is collaborative and results-driven, and I thrive in environments where innovation and continuous learning are valued.In terms of education, I graduated from Kings College London with a BSc in Business Management and further enhanced my knowledge and skills by obtaining a CIPD Diploma in Learning and Development. This foundation has equipped me with a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, enabling me to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective.Outside of my professional life, I am a passionate runner and had the incredible experience of completing the London Marathon in 2022. This journey instilled in me a deep appreciation for discipline, resilience, and the power of pushing beyond perceived limits - qualities that I carry into my career. I also previously served as a school governor, a role that allowed me to contribute meaningfully to the education sector. In this capacity, I was actively involved in shaping the school’s vision, strategy, and policies, bringing my commitment to leadership, education, and community engagement to the forefront in a different and impactful context.
