I\'ve earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and the LEED Green Associate credential (inactive). My core expertise is in public and private equity investments, with an emphasis on alternative investments, including commercial real estate and real estate investment trusts (REITs).As an independent consultant, my clients have included the investment division of a Fortune 100 corporation, a fund of funds manager in the energy and real estate space, and a retail research firm. I help my clients with investment strategy, analysis and selection, written communications and presentations, risk assessment and performance measurement.
