Working with Head of Reward & HCM Systems and partnering in-country HR Managers to support the delivery of local compensation and benefits in line with both Group and local frameworks, policies and practices, in all of McBride’s European locations.​- Ensure compensation and benefits are competitive, designed and managed to attract and retain a quality workforce- Manage employee benefit providers and data flows.​- Ensure compensation & benefits packages and policies comply with statutory and regulatory requirements. ​- Job evaluation and salary benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson (WTW) methodology- ​Manage company car fleet in conjunction with third party lease providers.​- Mentor and train local HR colleagues on processes and professional practices within the areas of Reward.​- Deliver key cyclical tasks such as incentive plan granting and payments, updating of benchmark salary ranges, gender pay gap reporting and budget setting etc- Identify opportunities for further optimisation or efficiencies as part of the HR Digital Transformation programme.Main achievements- Launched BenefitHub in the UK- Led UK Group Life, Income Protection, Private Medical and Health Screening renewals introducing new benefits such as menopause cover and eldercare, whilst reducing spend- Led UK Gender Pay Gap report work- Chair of the DC Pension Governance Committee and led the work which increased engagement levels across all measures- Carried out a full and detailed handover of UK benefits to the UK HR team- Launched a new Group Company Car Policy in UK and Belgium, including EVs- Project Lead for Italy Payroll/T&A implementations- Took responsibility for the management of the EAP for the Group- EU Pay Transparency Legislation implementation
