Pam Sullivan enjoys giving back to the community through her work with non-profit organizations. She currently holds a position as Head of Family Centers at Good Grief. In this role, she oversees and supports all program related functions including the Program Staff, Team Coordinators, and volunteer facilitators by ensuring that Good Grief policies and practices are properly utilized throughout both centers. Pam provides leadership and direction to the team and evaluates the overall quality and success of the program. As Head of Family Centers, she embodies the staff values of Good Grief and passionately communicates the importance of the organization’s mission.She has been volunteering as a facilitator and Team Coordinator for 16 years at Good Grief, and in the last two years has brought her expertise to Common Ground Grief Center as a Lead Facilitator.She is currently a Board Member of Preschool Advantage whose mission is to give children a fair chance to succeed in life by raising funds to open the doors of preschool and unlock the possibilities beyond.Pam lives in Morristown with her husband Pat. She has three grown children, all working and living in NYC. Pam enjoys spending time with her children, exercise classes, pilates and zumba, dancing, biking, hiking, spending time at the beach and has recently picked up pickleball.
