About Pam McNicholas
Pam has 31 years’ experience as a senior project/environmental manager for a wide range of environmental planning, permitting, mitigation and compliance projects. Her technical expertise is in natural resources impact assessment, permitting and management. She is knowledgeable of federal/state environmental laws and in coordination with agencies having jurisdiction. She is familiar with NRC regulations, including NUREG Regulatory Guide 4.2 Rev 3, among other technical regulatory guidance. She has managed large infrastructure projects involving multidisciplinary resources including the natural environment, hazardous materials, cultural resources, noise, and air. She is currently serving as Deputy Project Manager for two on-going ESPA projects, managing the natural environmental sections of the Environmental Reports (ER). She participates in meetings with clients to present recommended approaches to ER sections and presents impact analyses and findings. She is currently managing environmental field studies (ecology, surface water, groundwater), regulatory agency coordination planning, and preparation of ER existing conditions for ecology, water and geology sections. She is responsible for ensuring ER sections are prepared in accordance with and RG 4.2, Rev 3.
