   Easterseals serving greater Cincinnati is a local leader at removing barriers to employment for veterans, people with disabilities and people with disadvantages. With an annual budget of $17 million, we serve more than individuals each year at our nine service locations. • Lead all aspects of one of Cincinnati’s leading nonprofits, including its social enterprise, Building Value • Orchestrated merger that resulted in doubling the agency size • Grew fundraising results by 300%, with increases across all donor segments: foundations, corporations and individual donors • Managed re-branding when independent organization became affiliate of national nonprofit • Conceptualized and implemented two signature fundraising events that generate significant revenue and recognition for the agency • Significantly grew social media presence, public relations impressions and media placements through marketing planning and capitalization on spontaneous opportunities. • Developed agency and social enterprise marketing plans and oversaw redevelopment of website • Co- author of a business plan named runner-up winner in the Yale School of Management/Goldman Sachs Foundation National Business Plan Competition • Report directly to Board of Trustees
