ABOUT PAM EDWARDS

As Senior Healthcare Executive my end goal is to get done what I set out to do in a way that leaves everyone involved satisfied with their roles and the results they achieved together. My experience as an Officer in the Army Nurse Corps taught me leadership skills, to adapt and overcome obstacles to accomplish the mission. I have 20 + years of success developing world class teams and services. I have successfully impacted revenue and bottom-line by growing patient census (30%), creating cost savings through process improvement ($400K), creating new service lines and opening new offices. Having led day-to-day operations of clinical care in hospice both inpatient as well as residential care, acute care, post acute and rehab, long term care (LTC) settings gives me the ability to navigate the full continuum of healthcare I am able to create trust with staff (oversight of 450+ clinical staff), providers and leaders through clear communication and transparency. Experienced in profit and non profit sectors. The “go to” for managing highly complex situations. If it’s possible, I can always be counted on to see it through.
