About Pam Eads
Living with epilepsy can present complex challenges for patients, families, and caregivers. For over 30 years, my work has been dedicated to elevating care and outcomes through various roles at UCB that include promoting commercial brands, managing high performing sales teams, leading evidence based research projects, partnering with key opinion leaders and healthcare systems, collaborating with advocacy organizations, developing patient resources, and championing health equity initiatives. I’ve worked closely with our sustainability team and congress lead on short term projects, and currently serve as Co-Chair of our Women in Leadership Employee Resource Group.
