Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of all state and agency origination licensing for RoundPoint Mortgage Company. • Maintain thorough understanding of licensing requirements, NMLS and State regulations and notify appropriate parties of any changes. • Manage the state licensing of Company, Branch, Branch Managers, Loan Originators and loan processors, including any prerequisite educational requirements, testing and submission of applications. • Responsible for annual renewal of Company (58), Branch (100), Loan originator and processor licensing including the ordering and monitoring the completion of all Continuing Education required for annual renewal. • Handle the day to day procurement, submission and renewal of bonds or other collateral necessary for company licenses. • Assist in the completion of annual reports to all state agencies.• Assist SVP of Compliance and Compliance Manager with researching any licensing issues. • Provide support and guidance to Licensing Specialist for RoundPoint Mortgage Company and RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Company.• Work with Accounting Department on budgeting for State licensing costs annually. • Handle the daily operations of the NMLS for all corporate, branch, and MLO licensing.
