Led the construction and renovation of high-profile quick-service restaurant (QSR) projects, including Taco Bell, Burger King, Popeyes, and Jersey Mike’s Subs, with project values ranging from $800K to $1.5M and sizes between – sq. ft.• Oversee both ground-up builds and tenant fit-outs, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to strict brand standards.• Coordinate all aspects of site activities, including managing subcontractors, ensuring material availability, conducting daily site walkthroughs, and maintaining clear progress documentation.• Create and maintain construction schedules; anticipate potential delays and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with trades and suppliers.• Review and interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and MEP drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance during construction.• Ensure OHSA compliance and safety best practices, conduct toolbox talks, and uphold a zero lost-time incident record across all sites.• Schedule and facilitate municipal inspections (rough-ins, framing, final occupancy), achieving consistent pass rates with minimal deficiencies.• Act as primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors—resolving on-site challenges and ensuring transparent communication from start to close.• Complete detailed site documentation, including daily logs, deficiency reports, inspection records, and turnover packages.• Hand off finished sites with completed punch lists, brand compliance approval, and satisfaction from franchise stakeholders.
