I currently manage the processing of insurance claims pertaining to occurrences involving overseas travel for Care Insurance as a Manager-Claims. I make sure that claims are handled accurately and efficiently while adhering to the rules and standards of the organization. In addition, I carry out audits to verify regulatory compliance, pinpoint areas for improvement, and assess the correctness of claim files and procedures. Additionally, I have experience working with a surveillance team and investigating fraud instances, reviewing corporate claims, and creating reports for cases that were probed. Before starting at Care Insurance, I was an intern at Appollo Hospital. There, I worked on several major initiatives related to OT, ICU, ER, and OPD (TAT) utilizing various methods, such as fish bone diagrams and interdepartmental audits (JCI). Additionally, I coordinated patient treatment and admission procedures with physicians and the international patient department. I answered the questions and addressed the concerns of the patients and others who were accompanying them. My duties also included evaluating expenditures for cash patients and providing financial guidance. I have a broad history in patient services, healthcare coordination, and insurance claims administration, which has given me the ability to solve problems and communicate well with others.
