Role Summary:As a Talent Acquisition Executive at TATA Elxsi, I manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring across multiple domains including Media & Communication, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Automotive, Digital, and Vendor Management.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionGather hiring requirements and job descriptions from the RMG team.Source candidates through multiple platforms: Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Google search, internal databases, and referrals.Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate competencies and align them with job roles.Coordinate and schedule interviews (telephonic, virtual, and in-person) with technical panels, project heads, delivery managers, and HR.Facilitate offer approvals by directly interacting with BU Heads.Release offer letters and guide candidates through company policies and procedures.Manage onboarding processes including offer acceptance in tools and joining formalities.Follow up with candidates on joining dates and address concerns related to compensation, relocation, and referral bonuses.Vendor ManagementCollaborate with external vendors to source profiles and schedule interviews.Maintain a structured database of vendor-sourced candidates.Handle contractual, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing requirements.Negotiate salary and notice periods post-selection.Ensure smooth coordination between vendors and internal teams for hiring needs.Employee Engagement & ReportingAddress partial employee grievances related to relocation and referral bonuses.Prepare and present weekly and monthly recruitment reports.Organize and conduct hiring drives based on talent requirements.
