ABOUT PALOMA H.
I have spent the last 25+ years delivering projects across the UK, Spain, Senegal, Portugal, Slovenia and Italy. I’ve been lucky enough to work with brilliant teams bringing ambitious ideas to life.I\'m a Chartered Project Manager, Fellow of the CIOB and Fellow of the RSA, working hands-on across complex (but wonderful!) projects that contribute to a better, fairer world. I specialise in sustainability, regeneration and decarbonisation through retrofit coordination, carbon management, circular construction and sustainable design standards and I’ve built a career on collaboration, curiosity and a deep belief that the built environment can (and must) be part of the solution.Alongside my industry work, I lecture on sustainable construction and green skills. Teaching keeps me sharp, curious and connected to what really matters: preparing a future-ready workforce that’s equipped to do things differently.I also speak regularly at conferences, panels and corporate events on topics like climate resilience, circularity, leadership and why culture change matters as much as carbon metrics.
