I am an agile, creative, strategically-minded marketing, advertising, branding and communications professional and design entrepreneur. I offer a broad range of experience in marketing strategy and content development, advertising copywriting, business development, and entrepreneurship. In my former roles, I have served as a content strategy director and marketing leader for rapidly growing startups, including an Inc company, as a senior advertising copywriter on award-winning creative teams for Fortune 100 companies, and as an advertising account coordinator on an award-winning Fortune 100 national and global campaign. In my role as a marketing director for a business intelligence consulting firm, my lead generation work helped to obtain new accounts including BlueCrossBlueShield of Tennessee. My lead generation work also significantly expanded existing account services for clients including BlueCrossBlueShield of Arkansas. As a senior interactive advertising copywriter, I served on accounts including CBS MarketWatch, XO Communications, Oracle University (of Oracle Corp.), Sega Corp, eTranslate and PeoplePC. I also served on advertising account management teams running award-winning national and global campaigns (TV, magazine, newspaper and radio advertising) for accounts including: Cisco Systems, Coca-Cola, Cyrix Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, Beringer Wine Estates, Ameristar Casinos, Optiva Corporation and Stuart Anderson’s Restaurants. I also founded a business focusing on the design and development of single-family and multi-family homes as well as custom furniture and furnishings. I have a successful track record collaborating with luxury real estate investor/developers, architects, homeowners, contractors and subcontractors as the lead interior designer in charge of all finish selections on single-family and multi-family, new construction and renovation projects. I’ve also served as the lead designer on commercial office building renovations.
