I am a results-focused and a value driven professional with nearly 10 years hallmark career, manifested by my vertical and horizontal movements in the career ladder. From Unit Manager – Operations to Senior Manager – Operations, I have always proved my resourcefulness, ability to learn quickly and my strong sense of duty in exceeding expectations while adding value to the business. With credentials in commerce and experience in managing, developing & delivering of services related to Business Development Services, Micro finance, CSR, F.I Project Implementations, Credit Rating & Portfolio Management, I am always successful in overseeing branch functioning with respect to Operations and Business Development. I pride myself working with low income community members & adults with limited education, low literacy and managing Credit Administration (pre & post sanction) involving Credit Appraisals & Risk Assessments. 1. Manager Operations

   Feb 2013 — Present

   As an Operations Manager, my primary responsibility is to handle Financial Literacy Programs, JLG/ SHG, Individual/ Personal & Other Income Generating loans. I am also involved in formulating strategic and operational plans for the branch as well as aligning resources in line with the branch targets and performance estimates. I define service standards & guidelines for effective service delivery thereby leading to service revenue generation. I am also responsible as a Micro Finance Operations In-charge at 15 districts of Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh - JLG/ SHG Loans, Individual Loans and Business Development under BC models of Indusind & Yes bank. Other than the above functions, I devise & implement policies/procedures for the all-round development, frame result-oriented business generation plans & policies and conducting risk analysis, scrutinizing relevant documents to ensure compliance with organisational credit policies. My responsibilities also include supervising data verification & field investigation activities to obtain accurate information and providing direction, motivation & training to the team along with leading, mentoring & guiding team members on process orientation. I also recruit teams and determine training needs of employees to enhance their operational efficiency.
