Engaged in summarizing and analyzing data for Bank Loan Ratings and NCD Ratings of large corporate entities. Currently working as a Committee Member for the cases with debt exposure upto Rs. 300 Crs. And working as an analyst on cases including listed companies and NCDs with debt exposure upto Rs. Crs. Involves analyzing of industry, business and financialperformance. Undertaking financial statement analysis which includes analysis of P&L, Balance sheet and key ratios for assessing the creditworthiness of the company. Follow up with the clients and their auditors and lenders for providing the required information to carry out the rating assignment. Assign rating and Prepare quality rating report as well as rationale, press releases etc. On-going monitoring and surveillance of assigned portfolios, including rating changes based on financial/industry development, news events etc.
