ABOUT PALLAVI CHANDRASHEKAR
The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.” ― Alan Wilson Watts Just like any new sales professional, I too appreciated the grandeur and hustle that surrounded me. Soon enough, I realized there was something more holding it all together, at the pedestal. Be it B2B or B2C, the sustenance comes from relationship management. From hospitality, tourism, EduTech, telecommunications, asset management, and non-profit organizations, this has been an expansive and lasting journey. Skills that have gained professional nurturing over the years are- Collaboration - Team productivity in ideation, time, & process management improved by 18%- Relationship management - Client & Consumer satisfaction, constant at 100%- Business development - Delivered 20% growth for international tourism boards, PAN India - Leadership - Cross-functional, increased market presence by 45%- Training - Team members with innovative problem-solving for 100% team satisfaction Overall, my curiosity and goal-oriented approach helped me adapt easily to diverse roles across industries. Accolades from customers, team members, and management led to being recognized as, ‘Employee of the Month’ and the recommendations below. As a team member and an independent contributor, decision-making, change management, and improved brand awareness on social media have earned the spotlight. Appreciation for social responsibilities, I believe my role as a volunteer with countless organizations has been instrumental in strengthening my perseverance. Amongst these, a few experiences stand out. The Rotaract Club, a partner of Rotary International contributing to global projects, trusted me with the title of Vice President from 2010 to 2011. During this time, we participated in pulse polio camps, tree plantations, and provided educational support to lesser privileged children. Volunteering in Canada introduced me to a wide range of possibilities, to give back to people, animals, and nature. A few notable experiences were- Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation - Women and Color - Society of Sharing - Women of Influence - Green Party of Canada - CPRS As a recent addition, kathaа̄s™ is my passion project. These genius hours allow me to exercise goal-oriented ideas, learn from errors, and build a stronger pedestal, with the support of my team.
