ABOUT PALLAVI UPADHYAY

Pallavi is an HR professional with over 6.5 years of corporate experience and a combination of technical expertise with creative mindset. With over 5 years of experience in Corporate HR, she has excelled in various areas such as Talent strategy, R&R, Internal mobility, HR Online portal and Policies. She has also independently led projects focused on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) and Talent Leadership interventions, including end-to-end Employee Engagement initiatives.As a member of the People Capability and Strategy Team, she is dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential and drive innovation. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is passionate about championing for an internal club called \'Pawsome\', which warmly welcomes pet parents and enthusiasts. Pallavi has played a pivotal role in fostering a culture of highly engaged employees through a series of initiatives during her tenure at Ashok Leyland.Pallavi\'s skills extend beyond Employee engagement, as she possesses hands-on experience in Organization Development, collaborating with skilled professionals and stakeholders.
