About Pallavi Singh
I am currently working as a lead in product development R&D. I have extensively researched millet-based and ready-to-eat products and prepared ingredients. I always aim to bring innovative, alternative products to market that are advantageous to both consumers and the environment, such as millet, an alternative to rice and wheat, and plant-based protein, an alternative to raw meat. I have finished courses in ISO food chemistry. I am well-versed in using an extruder, retort machine, and other equipment. I have written content, designed packaging and labels, and conducted quality checks on various products over my professional career. I enjoy spreading knowledge about how to detect food product adulteration. I constantly look forward to new possibilities where I may have a bigger impact on providing people with something fresh and nutrient-rich.
