After spending 6 years in what I considered was my dream job in events and experiences, I was happy to make a triple career jump (new role, new domain, new country) to sustainability. The last few years in diversity, equity and inclusion has been an extremely fulfilling and empowering journey!My past experience of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to build creative solutions, has allowed me to lead key projects for the company. To name a few- Employee Resource Groups for minorities and allies (women, LGBTQIA+ and people with disabilities)- Whole lot of company wide trainings (DEI, Unconscious bias, Women in Leadership)- Ordinary sexism campaign (prevention, of course)- All internal and external DEI communication Here\'s to building an inclusive and equitable workplace where everyone can be the true version of themselves!Fueled by travel, food, music and currently embracing everything the Alps has to offer despite being a beach bum my whole life!
