ABOUT PALLAVI REDDY M.

I\' m Pallavi began my teaching career, finding great satisfaction in spending time with children and acquiring an entirely new perspective on life. Each day became a tremendous learningexperience not just for my students, but also for me as I absorbed information from both my students and coworkers. It became evident to me that life is a constant learning experience, and itdidn\'t take long for this realization to drive me to change careers from teacher to trainer.I had remarkable and satisfying 7years of experience teaching students and training teachers from diverse regions and schools. When the pandemic struck, however, life came to a halt, and I found myself at home investigating new opportunities through online courses. This time allowed me to broaden my knowledge, particularly in technological subjects, which opened up new doors forme.Then I joined Road 2 Education. Initially, I handled the mock interview sessions using my pastteaching experience. Then I began process execution and learned about visa processing. Thisexperience led to my career as an educational counselor.I eventually moved from Road 2 Edu to Dollar Dreams, where I took the role of USA teamleader. Along the way, I obtained experience with handling processing in Canada and the UnitedKingdom. This extraordinary experience not only impacted my career, but also helped me toadvance professionally, eventually leading to my current position as a Branch Manager.Each step I took, from being a teacher to a trainer, counselor, and now a Branch Manager, hasbeen a transformative experience. I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way andfor the continuous growth and learning that has shaped my journey.
