My journey spans strategic HR leadership, digital learning innovation, ESG-aligned talent practices, and policy design—each shaped by the belief that impactful workplaces are built on continuous learning, inclusion, and trust. Currently serving as the Learning Head for Corporate Businesses & Support Functions at YES BANK, I lead learning strategies that are future-fit and business-aligned. From embedding ESG thinking into capability frameworks to curating personalised learning journeys, I ensure that our people strategies drive measurable impact—across Corporate, Assurance, and Support Functions. A certified Instructional Designer and L&D Professional, I specialise in building scalable, learner-centric solutions that blend HR tech with a human touch. I’m equally invested in policy integrity, regulatory readiness, and employee experience design—because great learning can’t exist in a vacuum. As a Certified POSH Practitioner, I actively champion safe, respectful, and psychologically secure workplaces. My work in this space supports inclusive cultures where every voice is heard, and every employee feels seen. A lifelong learner at heart, I translate complex ideas into accessible formats—through book summaries, visual mind maps, and digital art.
