Managed a group of 3 data analysts before, to increase the accuracy of PG transaction data by 14%. I collaborated with two product teams to adopt data-driven methods to enhance the accuracy of merchant data and lower the error rate of merchant category data from 40% to under 5%.In addition, I established the product roadmap for the data consent framework in an agile environment with a team of 6+ developers. created a complete data pipeline and made 3 new DBs able to store and track user answers.Furthermore, I collaborated with infosec team to implement data integrity frameworks that send alerts if manual data intervention is detected; and enabled capturing data logs to navigate customer footprints in case of audit or customer dispute. Strategically designed and executed BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) products tailored for the lending business.
