I didn’t step into HR just to manage processes — I stepped in to understand people.With a background in Psychology, I’ve always been drawn to what influences performance, motivation, and connection at work. That curiosity evolved into a passion for designing systems that help people and organizations grow together.Over the years, I’ve worked across the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment to performance design — blending data, psychology, and structure to make HR more insightful and human.
