Actively support the end-to-end recruitment cycle, starting from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates. This includes sourcing suitable profiles, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and internal databases to meet open positions within defined timelines.• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess basic eligibility, communication skills, and role fit before scheduling interviews.• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and smooth interview processes.• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates, interview feedback, and follow-ups to improve candidate experience.• Assist in HR operations and documentation, including maintaining employee records, offer letters, and recruitment-related paperwork.• Coordinate closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand manpower needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and employee records to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
