In 26 years of my professional journey so far, there never has been a dull day at life or work without a satisfying harvest of learning! I would like to keep it that way the rest of it too.I arrived to the scene as a software engineer straight out of engineering campus in the year I constantly pushed myself out of comfort zones as soon as I could sense thirst from within. I have been pivoting everytime from positions of high performance & reward to the unknowns. My first two biggest pivots were mastering Lean Sixsigma and becoming a banking consultant right after developing softwares. The journey never stopped, I explored lateral thinking, agile, emerging technologies, advanced data science (ML-AI), blockchain, digital first adoption and world class learning strategies on the way and these days I am feeling very passionate (and responsible about) about ESG investing and Corporate Sustainability.Today, I am an award winning Strategy & AI led Transformation catalyst with proven expertise in yielding significant financial results, improving customer experience, adopting digital-first strategy, building innovation culture and catalysing sustainability for organizations across service industry.I am also a seasoned corporate and academic trainer covering a wide spectrum of skills.I always find creative ways to spend time with my family, playing Tennis with my son is one of them!
