   Client: SHELL Tools Used: Service Now, VMI (Virtual Machine Interface), CROSS, WEBFORMDescription: Shell a global group of energy and petrochemical company managed different oil products and chemicals activities as part of an integrated value chain that traded and refined crude oil and other feedstocks into a range of products which were moved and marketed around the world for domestic, industrial and transport use.Responsibilities: Troubleshoot (Downstream applications) Handled first-level incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Timely escalated incidents to higher level when required. VMI Application - SHELL internal application which was used to check the flow of oil at time interval and if not flowing actions were taken accordingly by running SQL commands to check the update. CROSS Application - Jump started and helped the client by remotely logging in to servers and processed the installation so that client could check the flow of stock and oil for any location.WEBFORM: Worked on user interface and created forms as per the client requirements. User could raise tickets accordingly as per the issues faced on applications.
