Co-leading the Applied Sciences and ML vertical to drive the AI strategy for Dream11. Key responsibilities include: Manage team of seniors, leads and directors to build and deploy intelligent systems across various business domains- Giveaways – Systems to manage user discounts and hyper-personalised communications for 200Mn+ users- Demand Forecasting – Systems to predict the demand of matches hosted by the minute, day, week, etc, and then optimise by offering appropriate and personalised products to users- Measurement Sciences – Solutions and platforms to measure the causal impact of interventions using observational causal inference tools, A/B testing frameworks and econometric modeling- Payments – personalizing and optimizing the deposit flow to ensure a smooth andsuccessful user experience and users\' trust on the wallet Work with Columbia-Dream Sports AI Innovation Center (https://sportsai.engineering.columbia.edu/content/about-us) to drive innovation across the Product Collaborate with Data and AI Platform teams to build ML, data, experimentation platforms. Also, to drive internal operational efficiencies via ML based tools exposed to business stakeholders Collaborate with Engineering on frameworks to serve ML models to various app touchpoints ensuring high throughput and low latency Work with Product counterparts to build ML features to move key user and business metrics
