Advanced 2 sa-mRNA vaccine programs from concept through preclinical development, guiding assay readiness and biomarker strategy.Designed and optimized immunological assays (flow cytometry, ELISA, multiplex cytokine profiling, single-cell sequencing) to evaluate vaccine immunogenicity and biomarker discovery.Led a team of 2 Scientists and CROs to identify correlates of vaccine-induced immunity and safety, supporting IND-enabling studies.Investigated innate immune activation by RNA/LNPs using PBMCs, THP-1 Dual assays, and transfection efficiency models to inform formulation design.Developed and transferred in-house NGS workflows for alphaviral vector screening and single-cell analysis of murine immune responses.Coordinated with CDMOs on RNA quality control and assay harmonization, driving improvements in IVT and capping processes.Contributed to preclinical and translational studies supporting phase I clinical advancement of pandemic and seasonal flu sa-mRNA vaccines.
