This includes communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, and ensuring that the company is meeting their expectations.And for Developing and implementing policies, I would be responsible for developing and implementing policies that govern the company\'s operations, such as financial and operational policies, as well as policies related to employee management and customer relations.And for Making key decisions, As the Founder, I would be responsible for making key decisions that impact the company\'s success, such as strategic investments, hiring decisions, and product development.Overall, as the Founder of NGXCORP, My job role would be to provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, ensure that the company is meeting its goals and objectives, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
