Key Responsibilities:Event Planning & Execution:Manage end-to-end AV support for internal and external events, including town halls, board meetings, webinars, and hybrid events.Collaborate with event organizers, IT, facilities, and vendors to define AV requirements and deliverables.Conduct site inspections and technical rehearsals to ensure readiness.Technical Operations:Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment including projectors, microphones, video conferencing systems, LED walls, and streaming platforms.Ensure high-quality audio and video output during live events.Maintain and upgrade AV infrastructure in event spaces and meeting rooms.Team & Vendor Management:Lead a team of AV technicians and coordinate with external AV service providers.Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics.Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for AV-related event support.Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams and presenters.Post-Event Reporting:Document event outcomes, technical issues, and improvement areas.Maintain logs of AV incidents and resolutions.
