I am a management graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Marketing and Operations. I bring a strong academic foundation in business management, operational coordination, marketing fundamentals, human resource management, finance basics, and organizational processes. I am interested in building a long-term career in roles that combine structured execution, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.I gained practical experience through my association with TopTrove Foundation, where I progressed across multiple roles including Fundraising Intern, Human Resources Intern, and Human Resources Executive. In these roles, I supported key HR and coordination activities such as recruitment assistance, resume screening, interview scheduling, onboarding support, HR documentation, volunteer and employee coordination, and internal communication. This journey helped me develop a strong understanding of how people systems and organized processes contribute to overall efficiency and workplace effectiveness.Along with HR responsibilities, I also contributed to operational and reporting tasks such as maintaining records, tracking data, supporting reports, assisting fundraising operations, donor communication, and outreach coordination. These experiences improved my skills in documentation, workflow management, stakeholder coordination, and teamwork in structured environments.I have also actively participated in seminars, certifications, and extracurricular activities, which strengthened my communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to manage tasks with accuracy and timeliness. I am motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, and I aim to contribute to growth-oriented organizations by supporting efficient operations, improving processes, and delivering reliable execution.
