ABOUT PALAK RASTOGI

As a Social Media Manager, I leveraged my MBA in Management Information Systems and my skills in customer success and social media strategy to drive growth and retention for the online education platform. I managed a portfolio of over 7 clients, including leading universities and corporations, and developed and executed strategic plans to increase enrollments, engagement, and satisfaction. I also collaborated with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights from the customers and the market and to design and implement effective campaigns and initiatives.Before that, I was a Career Development Associate at Jaro Education, where I helped students and professionals achieve their career goals by providing them with guidance, mentoring, and access to online courses and certifications from reputed institutions.I also completed a Digital Marketing Internship at Yeshaswi Bhav, a social enterprise that empowers women entrepreneurs in rural areas, where I learned how to create and manage online content, campaigns, and communities. I have a passion for education and technology, and I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities. I hold a BA in Sociology from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Meerut, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the State Council of Educational Research & Training, and a Certification Course in English from BBC India. I also have two certifications from IBM and Google in Working in a Digital World: Professional Skills and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, respectively. I am looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the online education sector, where I can apply my knowledge, skills, and experience to make a positive impact.
