As a Ryan, LLC Consultant for Asset Recovery, I work with fellow Ryan team members to assist clients with unclaimed property recovery. This includes researching issues, reconciling databases, and completing claim applications. Responsible for creating positive team member experiences, which lead to excellent client service and drive revenue and profit for Ryan. Use analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with people skills. Duties and responsibilities: Create a positive team member experiences. Also respond to client inquiries and requests. Assist Manager and clients with asset recovery services. Prepare reports, maintain work/paper files, and draft and edit correspondence. Handle and safeguard confidential information. Regularly use problem solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Prioritize tasks, work multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity. Work independently; and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
