The purpose of my role is to identify and resource people with the right skills and experience to meet QA’s critical talent recruitment needs now and, in the future, finding new, innovative ways to attract people to QA. Actively managing the talent pools in specified functional areas. I play a key role of building talent pools of great candidates which then support the recruitment efforts of our Talent Acquisition team. I also engage with the candidates in our talent pools, driving passive candidates into active candidates over a period of time. Using social media and other direct sourcing tools to identify both active and passive candidates. Understanding and map our competitors as part of the sourcing strategy. Telephone screening passive candidates to assess essential experience and cultural fit. Promoting QA values and culture to candidates. Maintaining accurate records in the ATS - TalentSoft. Create engaging social media and newsletter communication to help attract talent.
